CV

Patricia Martin del Guayo is an architect and urban designer with a PhD in Sustainable Design by the Architectural Association's  School in London. She graduated from Harvard University with a Master’s of Architecture in Urban Design. Previously, Patricia obtained a degree in Architecture from the ETSA San Sebastian, Spain, having studied one year at TU Vienna as an erasmus exchange student. She has worked as an architect in Spain, Germany, and in the UK. She is now an architect at the London based firm Shepheard, Epstein and Hunter.

  PhD in Environmental Design. Awarded Gobierno Vasco scholarship for 
                        professional and academic merit.
                        Title: Environmental Perception: Climate in Urban Public Spaces. Supervisor Simos Yannas.
                        Additionally, six months of the Master in Sustainable Environmental Design completed.

Community architectural/urban design experience

2007 Collaboration with the Bolivian Missionary Association to build the University Jorge Manrique in Palos Blancos (the Bolivian Jungle). One month onsite supervising the evolution of the project. Bolivia.

2006-2008 Cooperation project for the Development with Architects without Borders – Madrid: “Clean Water from the source” for the construction of 24 drinkable water wells in the region Les Savanes, Togo.
